The best stop was at the beginning of this Washington State loop.  We spent a couple of days in Elkhorn, Nebraska visiting Ben, Lindsay, Bea and Leo.  It is always fun times with the Kramer’s.  Bea and Leo have started fall soccer, so we were able to see some of both their games.

It was Ben’s Birthday, so we watch the kids so they could celebrate.  We all enjoyed that plan.

Today we started the drive towards our first stop of Glacier National Park.  We are camped right outside Pierre, SD.  The 2nd smallest state capital at 13,000 people, in case you are interested.  The park is Farm Island Recreational Area, and it is right on the Missiouri River.  Lots of Lewis and Clark informational centers. It is so peaceful with few people and the water flowing.  But lots of gnats… So I am making this post short.

And finishing off with a picture of the handsome 40 year old.  Happy Birthday Ben! (He is confused about his football team choice though)
