I’m quite proud I ventured out today. But a little food poisoning isn’t going to ruin my trip! We went to ALKMAAR for the cheese market, a preformance they reenact every Friday (in nice weather). Unfortunately I couldn’t stand through the whole thing, but it did involve testing and weighing of the cheese, and then delivery. Vague I know, but I did take a couple of pictures.

   
  

We then had lunch along the North Sea, beautiful and full of school children. This is a gymnasium day for the school kids to explore different sports and play in the sun. 

   

 We then drove to a “history park” showing all the different windmills and what they were used for… Cutting wood, making oils, making pigments, moving water through the canals….  Very interesting and the weather was beautiful today.
