After a 50 minute ferry ride and a tram across the island, we set up camp. Tents only, but there are some cabins available too. I understand you need to book those a year in advance.

We are only here for two nights and one whole day (today). It is all about the beach, warmth (80) sunshine and relaxation. Oh, and shelling, although my shells seem to be from the Island of Misfits. I don’t have the patience to scour the beach like some people.

We are off to watch the sunset. Beautiful and so nice to watch on this remote beach.
