After a long, but gorgeous drive through the mountains, we made it to Dove Creek, Colorado. It was made even longer because Sophie was nauseated by the curves. So we stopped frequently to walk her. We did stop in Durango, to wander the town for a brief time and I found some new hiking shoes. Today Bruce Hill is taking us hiking, so I’ll get to see how they work out. We are hiking here…
